There are two delivery dates for each package depending on the ocassion, deliveries will be made only on the two dates provided from 8:00am to 6pm.
Apply to all deliveries : We wil call your recipient at the delivery number you provide to let them know their flowers are onthe way. If no-one is available at the time of delivery, we will leave them a message, and the flowers will be left in a safe area, unless otherwise specified. Any flowers that have to be re-delivered will becharged a re-delivery fee.

Please note that all orders may be subject to similar substitutions on flowers and container depending on availability. Please note we may substitute flowers according to market availability, we strive to let all our customers know if any substitution is made. Due to the perishable nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns. All orders are final, we do not accept cancellations.
If in exceptional circumstances you are unhappy with the standard of your flowers please direct all complaints to email@example.com. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours and resolve the situation.
